Hi Dawn,

If anyone wants to buy an old "Lord of the Manor" title in Wales there will
be one for sale this month for about £8,000 they say. It is near Llanelli
close to Swansea, but only carries the title re old lands there with no
income,or houseetc, as in the old days. I will look it up if I see any bids!

Thanks for your notes re US peoples status,etc, it is getting like that
everywhere now.
