Good morning,

If you are trying to contact someone who submitted data to the LDS Ancestral
File, keep in mind that it may have been submitted a long time ago and the
submitter may not be still living. You might try to search the LDS Pedigree
Resource File because it only started in 1999.

Go to http://wwwfamilysearch.org and you can search this program and the
submitter's name is shown for the person that is shown on the screen. If the
person that you are searching for is not shown, try to use a well known
person to use as an example.

I am a volunteer at one of the LDS Family History Centers and I always use
Daniel Boone as an example when I am helping patrons. He shows up many times
from different submitters.
