Now that you appear to have the marriage details of Humphey
Brown/Margaret Jerman, I feel certain they are linked in to "my" Jermans
- see the Family Tree section on my web-site (look in the index under
Brown). Thanks for supplying the additional information which I will
add in due course.

Humprey was sp on 1861 census he was lg what sp means I have know idea.
Humprey married Margreat Jarman in Bethal chaple Newtown 11/12/1869, on
the marriage certificate Humprey dad John Brown deceased, and Margret
dad Daniel Jarman farmer. Humprey was a widower living at Cwmbellan
Llangurig. Margaret was a widow living at Birthlloyd Llanidloes. They
both had children,

Edward Jarman ss u 22
Mary Jarman sd 19
John Brown so 10
Thomas Brown so 8
Evan Brown so 7

Humprey was working with my G Grandfather Simon Edwards at Bryntail lead
mine in Llanidloes so there must be some sort of relationship between
them. I don't know if they are relataed to you Jarman family from
