Hallo there
Seeing this response, can you explain how the CD works please?
If I put it into my CD player on the computer, is it self-sufficient, and
will open immediately, or will I have to have any other programme to read
it? Does it have a search facility, or do you have to start at page one
and go through page by page till you get to the end ?
I have bought CDs from Archive CD books and they are worked through Adobe
which allows a 'goto' facility to fast track to a new section etc, is
this how the Brecon 1841 census CD works as well please?

I am still having trouble finding my birth certificate for my g-gr-father
David PRICE, I have so far ordered two certificates and they are both
wrong, as they do not have the father as John PRICE , Brecon. I know that
David was age 23 in May 1870 when he was married at St Marys Chapel St
Johns the Evangelist Brecon, father John cabinet maker of the Watten. I
have his entry in the 1871 1881 1891 and 1901 censuses but just cannot
find his birth entry. It is not any of these three
December Quarter 1847 Brecknock 26 258.
June Quarter 1847 Brecknock 26 299
June Quarter 1847 Brecknock 26 303 this one was checked and not issued as
the father was not John PRICE.

Can any one suggest any others for this man please - I would really like to
find his parents ?
thanks in advance
