Subject: [POWYS] Cartwrights in 1891 - help needed
Date: Thu, 2 Oct 2003 07:45:00 EDT

Good Afternoon,

I have sent this message to Clwyd, Powys and Denbighshire lists as there
seems to be a great deal of overlap on the places where these people lived and
where their children were born. So my apologies if you receive this twice or even
three times!

Good evening,

This is my first posting and I am hoping to crack a final piece of my puzzle
but I need an 1891 census (if this is available) look-up from sks to either
confirm or deny research on my great-grandmother Emma Elizabeth Cartwright.

George Cartright (born 1844 Derbyshire)
Martha Cartwright (born 1845 Derbyshire)
There should be a couple of children with them who were quite young in 1881
Emma **(my great-grandmother) born 1879 baptised in Bistre
Charlotte b1885 in Wrexham

The couple were living in Denbighshire in 1881 Main Street
(Mold) Bistre, Flint. In 1901 George was widowed and with his son and
daughter in law (George and Esther)  in Rhosllanerchrugog East Denbighshire in 1901.

Thanking anyone in advance who can help me.

Jen
