Dear Edwin and Dennis,

Bridgend Cottages in Llanyre! My grandmother grew up there, in the last
years of 1800 and the beginning of 1900.
She was Mildred Eleanor George, born 1886. Her mother was a Davies as well.
Have we a connection?

Some of us are still around here in Powys,etc!! Nice to see you back - and

Happy New Year to you. I found one of your Powells at Bridgend, Llanyre, I
think, but not the grave in Newbridge Pentref Baptist Chapel, or the All
Saints
Church as yet. Do you still have the info I sent you? Too wet to go around
churchyards at present......

I think Ray Hope has an index for the Church burials, but I will pass a copy
of your email to Richard Meredith as he has lots re NBG.
