Have just subscribed and thought I'd post my interests.

I'm working on the above family on behalf of a friend and wondered if anyone had any information, details as follows:

THOMAS JONES BORN 1832 LLANIDLOES (Occupations vary from Coal Miner - Labourer - Woollen Weaver)

RUTH (POSSIBLY EVANS) BORN LLANIDLOES SOMETIMES RECORDS BIRTH PLACE AS LLANGURIG

Their Children

ANN JONES BORN 1855 LLANIDLOES - MARRIES THOMAS HUGHES AND SETTLES IN OSWESTRY, SALOP

ELIZABETH JONES BORN LLANIDLOES - POSSIBLY MARRIES HUMPHREY JONES AND DIES IN 1880 LLANIDLOES

THOMAS JONES BORN 1860 NEWTOWN

JOHN HENRY JONES BORN CEMMAES ROAD, LLANIDLOES 1863 - MARRIES MARY JANE EVANS - RESIDES IN LLANIDLOES - BARBER

MARY JONES BORN DECEMBER 12 1864 LLANIDLOES - MARRIES RICHARD JONES (His brother marries Mary's Sister Ruth)
SETTLES IN MERTHYR SOUTH WALES

RUTH JONES BORN MAY 13, 1866 LLANIDLOES - MARRIES THOMAS WILLIAM JONES (The above's brother) SETTLES IN MERTHYR SOUTH WALES

SARH JANE JONES BORN MAY 15 1868 CYMBELLAN, SETTLES IN TIMPERLEY, MANCHESTER, DOESN'T APPEAR TO MARRY

MARGARET ELLEN JONES BORN CWMBELLAN JULY 13 1860 - DIES, I BELIEVE, IN 1876

There is also a MILLIE DALE JONES, who I can't get a lead on and appears younger than the above, appears in the family bible, but I believe could be a daughter of one of the above.

I think it's possible that the parents of THOMAS JONES (Senior born 1832) could be THOMAS AND ANN JONES.

I wonder if iany of the above rings any bells?
