Don't worry, it will arrive. They are not sorted by surnames but by
membership number and then just to confuse the situation into UK and then
the various overseas destinations - it's quite a job if you are at this end,
the labelling alone takes nearly a week, they then go to our very helpful
local post office who stamp them for us - saves licking over 900 stamps -
but even this is done in batches as the post office is also a shop and the
labelling is done between serving customers. Heath Robinson it may be, but
they don't charge us for doing the job and it helps keep yet another small
country shop in business.

I haven't received mine either. It's one of the penalties of having a
surname beginning with a letter so far into the alphabet!
