Not been closely following this, but there was a Rev William Jenkins, and
his photo, at Sarn Baptist Church.

Genuki gives Dolfor as formed out of Ceri/Kerry in 1851, and Dolfor was in
parish of Ceri until 1850.

Maybe if you are prepared to give a donation, the the present vicar in the
Benefice of Kerry, Llanmerewig and Dolfor, may have some old records
available. (google will give details).
