Subject: [POWYS] [BRE & MON] John and Mary Morgan
Date: Fri, 2 Feb 2007 06:25:53 -0600
Good Morning Everyone,
Could SKS check the 1851 Census for me? I'm needing more information on
John Morgan, about 60 years old with an occupation as a glazier. Mary his
wife should be about 63 years old. They would be my 3rd great paternal
grandparents.
In the 1841 Census Crickhowell they were living on Bridge [very hard to
read] Street with the following children:
Mary 29
Henry 18 [looks like 18] my 2nd great paternal grandfather
William 16
George 14
John James Rodgers 6 [could this be a child of 29 year old Mary?] [A John
James Rodgers appears in the 1861 Census living with and working for Henry]
In the 1851 Census page 527 my Henry and Ann Thomas, his wife, are living in
Aberystruth. So John and Mary may be living close by. I don't have access
to these census records. A KS on this list provided the census records
information that I have.
Any help is appreciated. I'm using this family as one of steps in the
certification process.
Thank you,
Lona Laughlin Boudreaux
