Can anyone tell be who these Praters are with the star?

These Praters are all buried at West View Cemetery in Fulton County, Georgia
Sarah A. Prater 8-22-1825 – 8-8-1900 (Mother) this is Sarah A. Dupriest
Wife of John Bayliss Prater

Nancy C Prather 1-9-1854 – 11-16-1915
Wife of W.A. Prather this is Nancy C. Yancey Prather

*James R Prater 11-7-1859 –2-14-1904
(On the stone it say father)

*J. S. Prater
7-4-1861 – 10-10-1897
(This don’t make sense if you look at JB he was also born in 1861)

J.B. Prater 11-26-1861 –7-29-1935
(Brother)

*ED L. Prater 10-8-1871 – 10-22-1933
(His stone was a little out of the line with the others)

These graves are in front of the Praters they have been moved from somewhere
else in the Cemetery and just piled in front of these graves.

*Jennett Horton Cook 9-4-1855 – 3-7-1935

*Mary Carrie Cook Fincher 8-7-1876 –9-28-1967

*J.L Cook 4-11-1880 – 11-28-1905

*William Arthur Fincher 11-7-1886 – 3-18-1967

*Mary K. Hoch 2-25-1854 – 3-19-1914
