Hello,

Is there anyone on the list who can tell me how to spell the name GIRARD in
Russian (i.e., in the Cyrillic alphabet). I am checking for the name in
some Russian documents for East Prussia and adjacent Courland. I came up
with a version I thought was correct using a borrowed basic Russian course
book. A Latvian acquaintence suggested that my version was incorrect.
