Remmesweiler is the city/town
Rheinland would be the Prussian Rhineprovinece
and Prussia is the kingdom of Prussia

village/town of birth? I assume Rheinland is a state and Remmesweiler is a city/town. I
have no idea how large of an area this has been narrowed down to. He immigrated about 1846
and ended up in St. Joseph County, IN along with wife Elisabeth KLEIN and 3 children.
