I am researching my family who originally came from Prussia in 1843. The
name was spelled Halle, but has been shorten to Hall when they came her to
US. I have no idea where they came from in Prussia as all the papers I
have found only say Prussia. I do not even know what ship they came on.
Peter Halle came to US in 1843 and his brothers and sister came here in
1851 or thereabouts.
I would appreciate it if anyone can point me in the right direction. I
have looked at all the ships lists on Ancestry but can not find them.
