Daisy your information confirms my long time search of the origin of our name. We are probably related not only by name but by blood. My name was change by mistake from Lisojo to Lisoyo, which I speak some French and it is probably spell Lisoyo. Anyway I've done a DNA test with www.familytreedna.com and it states that we are actually German that lived in northern france. If you google the name Lisoyo you will find an old Jewlry Book written in french about this man that did work with diamonds. The book is at the University of Michigan. If your father or brother are living you can ask them if they are willing to take a dna test and the result will suprise you and probably link you to me. You cannot take the dna test because it test the y chromosone of the male, but if a male relative of yours can take the test it can link you. By the way I am a Messianic Jew and thats how I get interested in my search. Together you and I get mustard more information because you have !
oral information passed down by you grandparents that I don't have. Lets share the info and get started with our tree. email me at .
Louis
PS I have noticed that all the Lisojo in Puerto Rico are related and the males most popular name is Loui or Luis (french) If you email me give me your phone number and I will call you. Don't post you phone number because you will probably get crazy people calling you.
G d Bless
