Hello.
Our family sir name on our mother's side is Lopez de Victora. Her father was Regalado Lopez de Victoria Gonzalez and he migrated from Spain into Puerto Rico. I believe the family settled in Lares, Puerto Rico. He fought in World War I also. My mother he came from Pamplona, Spain but she no longer remembers details since he passed when she was very young. I hope this helps.
