Eleanor Bollock

October 14, 2005

Eleanor A. Bollock, 82, formerly of Philadelphia, died Friday in the Little
Flower Manor of the Diocese of Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, where she resided
for the past two years.

Her husband, Paul, passed away in 2004.

She was born in Philadelphia on May 8, 1923, a daughter of the late Albin
and Hedwieg Yadlowski. She was a graduate of Philadelphia High School for
Girls, Class of 1941. Mrs. Bollock was a homemaker. She was a member of
Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Dupont.

She was preceded in death by her brothers Stephen and John Yadlowski;
sisters Helen Adams and Emma Jades.

Surviving are daughters, Alane Zurek, Pittston; Carolyn Petersen, Nebraska;
sisters, Regina Yadlowski, Philadelphia; Estelle Wilds, Utah; Irene Golden,
New Jersey; five grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday from Kizis-Lokuta Funeral Home,
134 Church St., Pittston, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in
Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Dupont. Interment will be in parish cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Boy Scout Troop
361, c/o Mr. Fran Layaou, 175 E. Seventh St., Wyoming, PA 18644.
