Hi, listers,

I thank everyone who responded to my request for translation of a
Polish note I received by mail.

It seems it was only a copy of a letter they (the state archives) sent
to central archives, telling them to try and find the information I
requested and to send it directly to me.

But, I may finally be heading in the right direction after running
headlong into many walls. Very exciting. I am assuming the first
thing I will receive will be the bill. Hope it is one I can live with,
but if they have the info, I want it at all costs.
