Hi Joyce:-
Try Nova Scotia!
The road signs there are in three languages, English, French, Gaelic.
We have the Gaelic College at St. Ann's, only one in North America.
During the war, I was unable to use my French or Gaelic while working
for censorship and intelligence -- "others" might have heard and
translated.
I had to use Mi'kmaq -- in use today in Nova Scotia!
