Hi everyone
Just joined this newsgroup and wanted to let everyone know the
family that I am searching for:

HURLBUT - I have a Reuben HURLBUT marring a Levina BARNES, Pam has
since helped me with their marriage of 1846 in Dunham Methodist, Reuben
was from Sutton and is a shoemaker. I have several of their children, I
know one was born in Brome. I have this family in Ontario from 1871,
would like to take them back further.

Any help with this family or general research for this area would be
appreciated. I have not researched in Quebec before.

I am also wondering if anyone has access to the book "History of Brome
County Quebec" by Ernest M. TAYLOR, 1937.
