Need help

Have been working with the children of Francis Jones, Jr. b 1690 d Abt 1739
married Jane Wallis b ? d Abt 1764. At present I am very mixed up about
their child John Jones b 1717. Here is why.

A marriage license bond was issued 11-27-1719 to Francis Jones of Burlington
Co., NJ, a cooper and Jane Wallis of the same place, a spinster.

According to Quaker ways a birth in 1717 and a marriage in 1719 would create
a problem.

Where does the widow Jane Medcalf fit into this picture?

Or did Francis, Jr. marry the widow Jane Medcalf or the spinster Jane Wallis?
It was either him or his father.

The line goes from Francis Jones, Sr. to Francis Jones, IV and it gets very
confusing at times. Can anyone clear up this mud for me? Your help will be
greatly appreciated.
