Hi,
A few years ago, we went down to the Squire Boone Caverns and
Village, southeast of Corydon,Indiana. We bought some Handmade
soap, which says it is: Hannah Boone's Handmade Soap. We bought one
small package with two very small pieces of soap. It states: Tis
fine quality handmade all purpose soap is made the old time outdoor way
in an open kettle using recipes centuries old. Use for shampooing,
washing lingerie,,hose and other delicate fabrics. Someone there
mentioned it was also good for poison ivy. This is why I bought it.
I am happy to say that for the last 3 years, everytime I see I have
gotten into poison ivy, I immediately take a bath with this soap and
it doesn't spread. I just wonder if anyone out there has heard of this
soap? Thank you for your interest! Zelma
