I am searching for the ancestry of my greatgrandfather William Blackburn
born Ireland 1840, to Pennsylvania by 1870, married Sarah Brinton,
resided Penn Twp from at least 1870 to about 1905. His possible father,
also
William Blackburn born Ireland abt. 1815, to PA by 1870.

In Pennsylvania there are many Quaker Blackburns who moved from Armagh
(Ballyhagen Meeting) Ireland, but much earlier than my William
Blackburn. I have no firm information on the Counties where born.

I would like to correspond with all researchers of the BLACKBURN
surname.
