Has anyone there heard of a SARAH (nee Jones) PARSONS m. _____ PARSONS. She
appears in the will of her father JARVIS JONES, written 1833, GUILFORD CO.,
NC, prob. August 1837. Other children of JARVIS JONES were: PINKNEY*,
MARGARET GUNTER [wife of Capt. William Gunter], NANCY KIMBRO [wife of Moses
Kimbrough, s/o Thomas Kimbrough, s/o Bradley Kimbrough - originally of Louisa
Co., VA and Orange Co., VA], RECECCA JONES & LYDIA JONES. Exrs: Wife
PRISCILLA JONES, Nathan Mendenhall; wits: David Beard, Jonathan Mendenhall,
William P. Mendenhall.

* PINKNEY JONES m. _____ McGLAUGHLIN (sp. many ways!)

Jeremiah Kimbrough of the same Kimbrough family in Guilford Co., m. Sarah
Mendenhall, a Quaker girl, there in Rowan Co., NC, 1799. Sarah was the
daughter of Stephen Mendenhall (will 1722 Clinton Co., OH), son of Mordecai
Mendenhall.
