Hi Everyone,
I am pooling together info from several sources and need some help.
Like the ad for a good men for the Marines, I am looking for a few good
people to tell me what happened in forming the counties in Georgia.
Who know the story on Burke, Emanuel and
Peele researchers look very close for any ties please...

In the following deed, the Father (Mills) sells land to a son (James) and
the land also joins land of another son (Levi).
!Deed from Mills Peel (Peal) to James Peal. Dated 28 Nov 1839.
Consideration $170.00. 170 acres, Burke Co., GA. Land granted
was part of land granted to Joseph Dickey. Bounded south by _ _ Wallace,
east by S. B. Wallace, North by Levi Peel and West by Mills Peal. Witnessed
by S. B. Wallace and Matthew S. Brinson. Recorded 22 Nov 1884. Mills
signed with a mark, a "P"
