This is not a Quaker practice, as far as I have ever heard, and I have never
heard the veil lifting in heaven. Perhaps this is a Mormon idea.

Good luck in your search! A year ago, my interest in my Quaker ancestors led
me to attend a Quaker Meeting, and I have been going ever since!
