I have seen some references to a Slocumb family that were Quakers. Does
anyone know anything about this family. I'm in search of a connection with
my Hancock family (one branch of which were Quakers) and the Slocumb family
that occurred in the Craven/Carteret/Onslow or surrounding counties of NC.
