Actually, while the main point is absolutely true--old graveyards need more
legal protections--this particular story turned out to have numerous errors
of fact, both about the actions of the Duke Company and Indiana state law.
The INDIANAPOLIS STAR had to print a number of corrections a couple of
weeks after it was published. (I live in Indiana and see the STAR.)
