William Penn died in 1718, so he could not have made a land grant in
1748. Of course, Christian Graybill could have received a land grant
that year from the Pennsylvania government. Those records have been
published as part of the PENNSYLVANIA ARCHIVES.

Quakers usually did not name meetings or meetinghouses for
individuals or families, although I've seen a few exceptions. Keep
in mind that other denominations also called the buildings where they
worshiped "meetinghouses." Several of them, such as Mennonites and
Dunkards, were more likely, I think, to use names like this for
churches.
