Hi all,
As founder of the Bundy Reserch Group, I would like to comment here.
Thank you, Phyllis, for your answering the above queries while I was gone
for a long week-end. I will update the information Phyllis provided with
the latest that I have on the subject.
This line can be traced quite readily in Hinshaw's Quaker Encyclopedia
Vol. 1 (NC). In brief, this is the way the line goes according to V.
Mayo Bundy's books:
Mary Bundy was born 2-6-1807, m. on 10-21-1829 at Springfield MM, to
Samuel Moore of Guilford County, N.C. They had the following 8 children:
1. Abigail Moore, b. 7-2-1830.
2. Rebecah Moore, b. 11-30-1831.
3. Morris Moore, b. 7-18-1833.
4. John B. Moore, b. 11-22-1835.
5. Joseph B. Moore, b. 9-26-1837.
6. Hulda Atwater Moore, b. 3-10-1840.
7. Samuel Moore, b. 4-23-1843.
8. Eli J. Moore, b. 1-31-1845.
She was the sixth child of Moses Bundy and Elizabeth Jones.
Moses Bundy was b. 11-26-1774 and d. 8-31-1827. He married on 1-21-1797
to Elizabeth Jones, the daughter of Joseph Jones and Mary, who were
located at Symons Creek. They had the following children:
1. Margaret Bundy, b. abt 1798 (further information available)
2. Rebecca Bundy, b. abt 1799 (further information available)
3. William Bundy, b. abt 6-10-1800 (further information available)
4. Joseph Bundy, b. abt 1802 (further information available)
5. Eli Bundy, b. 12-11-1805 in North Carolina (further information avail)

Moses Bundy was the 7th child of Caleb Bundy and his 2nd (or 3rd) wife
Miriam Morgan.
Caleb Bundy was b. 5-12-1721, d. 1-6-1785; m. 2nd 5-5-1763 to Miriam Morgan
(His first wife was Elizabeth Henby.) Much information is available on
the Henby line. There is a fair amount of confusion about where to place
this Caleb Bundy and about his wife. I won't go into all that here.
Children:
1. Benjamin Bundy, b. 10-30-1763 (further information available)
2. Caleb Bundy, b. 5-16-1765 (further information available)
3. John Bundy, b. 1-24-1766 (further information available)
4. Jeremiah Bundy, b. 2-21-1768 (further information available)

Caleb Bundy was the 3rd child of John Bundy and Elizabeth Keaton.
John Bundy was b. 1694 and died 22 Feb 1731; he m. on 16 May 1716 to
Elizabeth Keaton, the dt. of Henry Keaton and Elizabeth (Mayo) Scott.
Elizabeth died 17 Mar 1731. (further information available)

1. Joshua Bundy, b. 4-4-1717.
2. John Bundy, b. 1-12-1818 (further information available)

John Bundy was the first child of John Bundy and Jane Manners.
Caleb Bundy was b. abt 1667 in Perquimans Co, NC, and d. 1 Mar 1721 in
Pasquotank Co, NC. He married 24 Jul 1690 to Jane Manners. (Jane's line
is known for several generations back and I have included it below, since
I had just recently posted to to our Bundy group.)
Children:
1. Benjamin Bundy who m. Hannah Cleare (further information available)
2. Samuel Bundy who m. 1st Ann Keaton (sister of Elizabeth) and m. 2nd
to Jane Moore (further information available)
3. Mary Bundy, who never married.
4. Caleb Bundy, Jr. who never narried.
Caleb Bundy was the 2nd child of William Bundy and Elizabeth.
William Bundy was b. abto 1630 in England and d. 27 Mar 1692 in Perquimans
Co, N.C. He married 1st bef 1662 in probably England to Elizabeth.
She was born abt 1640 in England and d. 4 Mar 1676 in Perquimans Co, N.C.

3. Hannah Bundy, b. abt 1670 (further information available)
4. William Bundy, b. 1671/2 (further information available)

m. (same as above); d. 11/23/1719 at Pasquotank Co, N.C.
2496. William Bundy, b. abt 1630 in England; m. abt 1665; d. 6/27/1692
at Pasquotank Co, North Carolina.
2497. Elizabeth, b. abt 1636 in England; m. abt 1665; d. 3/4/1676 at
Pasquotank Co, North Carolina.
2498. Peregrine Manners, b. abt 1640 of Albemarle Co, North Carolina;
