There are several GRIFFITHs, GRIFFETHs, and even GRIFFE and
GRIFFIN/GRIFINs indexed in the _Bucks County Tax Records 1693-1778_.
Please let me know if you want further details on any of the
following names:

GRIFFE, David
GRIFFIN, GRIFIN, Patrick, William
GRIFFITH, GRIFFETH, Amos, Benjamin, Daniel, Elisha, Evan, James,
John, Jonathan, Joseph, Nathaniel, Samuel, Thomas

In return, let me ask if any of your GRIFFITHs are in Chester County,
PA. I am seeking more information on my 6g-grandparents, David &
Margaret Griffith, who lived in Charlestown Twp., Chester Co., PA at
least 1749-1750, where he was then taxed. Also seeking more on his
son, John Griffith (m. Margaret ?), and their son, Jedediah Griffith.
Happy to share what I have in private e-mail -- still too many
questions for posting to the archives!
