Leavell, Coates, Mendenhall -- all names threading through my Quaker
ancestry -- it's looking to me like the chances are very good for a
Quaker connection. I had no idea there was a Pasadena branch -- I
descend from the NC/GA crowd, and one good-sized branch of those ended
up in Indiana. Looks to me like it's the same folks come to Pasadena.
