Hello,
I am related to Benj. THACKER. Benj. was born in 1759, probably, in
Goochland Co. VA. I believe that his father was, also, a Benj, but not
certain of this. Benj. married Nancy CLARKE in 1805, Louisa Co. VA. They
lived in Gerrard Co. KY. for a short time. They settled in Barren Co. KY.
Benj. died in 1818 and Nancy married Richard CHASE in 1819, Barren Co. KY. I
believe that the THACKERs who settled in eastern KY. are related to my family
but I do not know the connection. I am also related to the JUSTICE families
who settled in eastern KY; but my JUSTICEs settled in and around Warren Co.
KY.
