Do you know whether or not the Aaron Mendenhall mentioned is a son, Grandson
or otherwise related to John Mendenhall and his wife Elizabeth Maris? I have
John born 30 Aug 1659 and died in 1758, Elizabeth born 3 April 1865 died
before 1708.

Neither John nor Elizabeth are my direct ancestors, but each is a 8th great
grandparent. I descend from George Maris and Alice Wellsmith and from Thomas
Mendenhall and Joan Stroad.
