I have an ancestor named Keziah. She was not a Quaker. The Quakers in my
family were in a different branch. I've also noticed that in the 1800's
there were (at least in my ancestors) a tendency toward names that are
uncommon these days: Keziah, Adelaide, Adeline, Egeria, etc. Some of the
names seem to have been "made up" or a combination of several family names.
But Keziah was not uncommon in those days.
