Last week I was in Grayson and Carroll Cos., VA, and while I was there I visited the site of the present day Mount Pleasant Friends, and the cemetery there. Both are on a hill top off Old Quaker Road at the end of a one lane gravel road called Religion Road. There is a new-looking sign in front of the small modern brick church that says "Mount Pleasant Meeting, Established 1801. Does anyone know if this is the site of the original Mount Pleasant Meeting?
By the way, the cemetery is fairly large and I saw burials from 1813 to the 1980's.
