Subject: GLIDDEN: Jeremiah Jr., New Hampshire, then Simeon in Maine 1760-1820s

Friends,
A genealogist Paola Zinnecker of Ft. Worth, Texas sent me the
following letter (by snail mail, if you can believe it):
"My probable ancestor, Jeremiah Glidden, b. ca 1730, near Epping, NH lived
in Deerfield, NH and moved to Unity, NH where he died before 28 Dec. 1807.
He was a Quaker. He married a Mehitable W. and had several children,
including a Jeremiah, Jr. b. 1760, Deerfield, d. 1826, Maine. When he moved
to Maine he had two sons and a daughter, Polly. One of those sons may have
been my ancestor, Simeon Glidden, and what I want to know is the name of
Jeremiah Jr.'s wife and names and birthdates of his children, all presumably
born in NH before he moved to Maine. She may have died in NH or perhaps
Maine, because this Jeremiah married again in Maine and had several
children. Can you give me any suggestions on how I can find out who 'my'
Jeremiah married and the information regarding his children?"
The reference to Epping suggested Dover Monthly Meeting and Gonic
Preparative Meeting in Strafford County, NH, but of course I do no people
genealogy so I cannot answer any of her questions. Can any of you help her?
