I am new at genealogy research. This is my first international query. Any
leads and research help would be greatly appreciated.

I have hit a wall here in the USA on my LEDUC family. All I know of their
Canadian heritage is as follows:

Joseph LEDUC, Sr. was married to Sophia/Sophronia and had a son in Canada.
Sophia/Sophronia's last name may
be CHARBONEAU
Joseph LEDUC, Jr. b. 1829

Joseph LEDUC, Jr. married Emily DESMOIS before 1853 in Canada
Emily DESMOIS b. Oct-1826, d.
11-Dec-1907

They had 2 children born in Canada
Alecia/Almena LEDUC b. 1853
Felix Phillip LEDUC b. 1855

Joseph LEDUC and the family of Joseph LEDUC, Jr. then moved to Vermont, USA.
