I have been following with interest the dialogue on sliders. My husband's family is of Polish descent, and his mother frequently made these. They always referred to them as "Kluski's". (not sure if that is the correct spelling in Polish). My husband grew up with them, and naturally, I had to learn how to make them after we were married. The recipe is virtually the same.....and here we thought it was a Polish tradition being passed down!
