My new friend at the So Cal Genealogical Society thinks my great-great
grandmother Rose Boyer, some how, and some where changed her name to
Scholastique Boyer? We didn't have time to search this out, but all
indications are that she did change her given name. Or maybe Rose was
her sister? Can anyone help me? She was married to Jean Baptiste Lalonde
on June 3, 1848 @ St Michel Vaud Ruil? Que. According to the Drouin
collection of 1793-1992. My sis and I only knew of her as Rose Boyer.
