Ella Meunier Messier

MESSIER, Ella Meunier Ella Meunier Messier, 76, of Sun City Center, Florida,
formerly of Manchester, passed away Thursday morning (April 29, 2004) at Bon
Secours Nursing Home in Venice, FL. She was born in Westfield, VT on March
13, 1928, the daughter of Doriva and Eva Meunier. She married Paul J.
Messier in 1949, and they moved to Manchester in 1951 where they raised
their five children. Ella devoted her time and energy to her home and
family. Besides her husband, Paul, she leaves her daughters, Therese Jones
and her husband Wayne T. Jones of Southington, Lillian Gaines and her
husband Gary Gaines of Valrico, FL, Lisa Schwenk and her husband Ray Schwenk
of Osprey, FL, Irene Besser of North Port, FL and a son, Paul J. Messier,
Jr. and his wife Judith Messier of Cromwell. She also leaves nine
grandchildren, Wallace C. Jones and his wife Jennifer Elles Jones of
Gaithersburg, MD, Wayne P. Jones of Waterbury, Caressa, Kayla, and Casey
Gaines of Valrico, FL, Jon Besser of Estero, FL, and Melissa, Michael, and
Julia Messier of Cromwell. She is also survived by her brother, Marcel
Meunier and his wife Jeannine Meunier, her sister Aldea Kellogg and her
husband, Charles Kellogg III of Windsor Locks and several nieces and
nephews. Funeral services will be Monday, May 3 at 2 p.m. at the Hillsboro
Memorial Funeral Home in Brandon, FL. Calling hours are TODAY from 3-5 p.m.
