My cousin says his dad , Emile Cote, was born 14 June1903, in Winsor Mills.
I have a genealogy report which shows Emile Cote born 14 June 1903 at Ste.

I cannot find Winsor Mills on my map. I do find Windsor, in the county of
Richmond and a St. Francois Xavier , (not Ste Francoise) near Windsor.

Is there a place called Winsor Mills or Windsor Mills in the Providence of
Quebec. And if so, what is the name of the Catholic church?

Thank you,

Clem Mercier
