Well, I tried my hand in the Drouin Collection, but with no luck probably
because I am not sure of how to look for this couple to verify the marriage.
I am looking for Antoine RIVARD-LAVIGNE [Francois RIVARD-LAVIGNE & Marie
Josephte Francoise [dite St-Cyr] DESHAIES] who married Madeleine MICHEL
[Joseph & Madeleine COMEAU] 37 Mar 1792 in probably Nicolet County.
Madeleine's birth is recorded in the PRDH, Birth Certificate #305271.



I was hoping to learn if this couple had any children, so I was attempting
to look at any census records of that time period. What would be the
earliest?
