Hi Michele,

According to the marriage record for Achille Numainville and Marie Louise
Vallée,
Achille is the veuf (widower) of Mathilde Seguin.

I did not locate a marriage record for Achille and Mathilde in
Notre-Dame-de-Montreal in 1866.
If you have additional info I can attempt to locate the record to determine
his parents' names.
