I am now sure they got married in the US, in the Massachusetts state.

I will try to get more information to find this marriage.

Found the Boulay's in Chicago in 1900.

Joseph b Canada Jun 1863 came to US 1880 and Naturalized
Odina b Canada Aug 1868 came to US 1884 had 7 children, 6 living
Laura b May 1890 Massachusetts
Alvina b Apr 1892 Massachusetts
Jennie b Mar 1894 Massachusetts
Florence b Nov 1895 Illinois
Eddie b Feb 1899 Illinois
Alfred b Nov 1899?? Illinois
