You didn't give a month/date to look up the burial but I did find the following for 1760 at St-Joachim:

13 Dec 1760 - Jean Bolduc s/o Paul Bolduc & deceased Marthe Racine - buried
16 Dec 1760 Josephe Bolduc d/o Paul Bolduc & deceased Marthe Racine - buried


29 December 1760 Marie Anne Filion widow of Jean Germain Bolduc was buried at St-Joachim on 31 December 1760

PRDH shows 2 burials at St-Joachim in 1760 for Jean Bolduc and one for Jean Germain Bolduc.
