Margaret -

I do have the names and phone numbers of the Anglican churches, however, I
have to find them. If you'll bear with me, I'll get them for you a.s.a.p.

Regarding the birth certificate - I am not 100 % sure that this qualifies
for the Anglican Church, however, in Quebec up until just recently, our
Baptismal Certificates were our BIrth Certificates. They can be optained
from the Church.
