Know this is off topic but cannot resist it any longer. Bout 23rd of Dec. our dog went crazy. My man opened the
door and there was a cow buffalo bout 50' from our door. Seems a neighbor bought 13 bred heifer buffalo. Couldnt
get them out of his truck so he built a wooden fence round the truck. Next morning not a buffalo in sight. Now
heard they will calf in Apr. and if they are born on Tamarac State Refuge will the calves belong to the Refuge?
