Can any of the Aquilla and George or Thomas Q researhers tell me their rank in the War of 1776
I just was talking to long time Genealogist (40years) and was told that the Land Grants received by the veterans of this war
was awarded Land Grants according to their Rank

What rank was Aquilla to have received 3500 +/- acres
What rank was George to have receiveed 1000 acres
What rank was Thomas (I don't know how many acres he received I have order his LG)

If any one can help please let me know.
