Hello! I just thought I'd make myself known after seeing the reference to the
Quick genealogy. I am Diane Price, granddaughter of Edith Viola Phillips
(k751). My parents are Alice Miriam Willard and Willard McKinley Price. My
great grandmother, Lillian May Hall (j732) corresponded with Arthur Quick who
assembled all the information and published the Quick genealogy referred to.
I have several letters written in 1941-1942 to Lillian by her cousin, Anna
Styker Vroom (i138). Just this year I looked up Anna's grandsons (k90 and
k91), Thomas Edward Purcell and James Lawrence Purcell, thinking they would
like copies of their grandmother's letters. Thomas is now living in Florida
and I've spoken to him and sent him copies of the letters which he was elated
to receive.
